The budget is one of the primary instruments for development. Therefore, we require an effective governance system, proportional, and accountability measures. Budget management necessitates innovative policies to optimize local government income and expenditure, aligning with local government priorities for financing. Within this context, we are addressing several issues, such as environmental budget policies, gender equality, disability and social inclusion (GEDSI), essential social services, and social welfare. The Budget Resource Center (BRC) represents our organization’s advocacy approach. BRC operates based on four pillars as part of its advocacy agenda: serving as a Data Center, Information Hub, Analysis Center, and Budget Study Center.
