This training aims not only to empower rural women but also to provide a better understanding of the importance of gender in development planning and budget management. By enhancing the capacities of rural women, it is hoped that they can actively engage in the village planning and decision-making processes, as well as manage budgets more effectively while considering gender dimensions.
A total of 21 village women from various backgrounds participated in this training. Participants included neighborhood representatives, Village Representative Body members, housewives, small business owners, and representatives of women’s village organizations.
